POSITION: Research Assistant Professor

DEPARTMENT: Computer Science

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform independent research under the awarded NIH project framework in bioinformatics and machine learning
• Assist the PI in training graduate students
• Write research papers and disseminate research results
• Other assigned duties by the PI

QUALIFICATIONS: a Ph.D. degree in one of the quantitative fields, such as Bioinformatics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Physics etc. Candidate with a Ph.D. in biomedical sciences and a master degree in computational sciences will also be considered.

SALARY: $40K-50K plus benefits
